All products listed on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.
We accept payments via M-PESA (Business No: 247247, Account No: 0112194199) and major credit/debit cards. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. Orders will only be dispatched upon successful confirmation of payment.
We offer free delivery within Thika and Nairobi for orders exceeding KSh 5,000. For orders below this amount or outside these areas, standard delivery charges apply. Delivery timelines are estimates, and while we strive to deliver promptly, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Certain items (such as unsealed hygiene products or feeding items) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
