Yes! We deliver countrywide via trusted courier services (like G4S, Fargo Courier, or reliable matatu SACCOs depending on your preference). Delivery fees apply for regions outside Thika/Nairobi.
Orders within Thika and Nairobi are usually delivered on the same day if placed before 2:00 PM. Upcountry orders typically take 24 to 48 hours.
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items like feeding bottles and breast pumps cannot be returned once opened.
